Many updates- Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 101 is a SILVER rated Corner two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach.

This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. 101 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and master bedroom. Cable color TV in guest bedroom. Telephone with free local calls. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. 101 has Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer/Dryer.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 6.

This was our first visit to Florida in over 40 years. The amount of growth was not surprising but adjusting to all the people in prime time took some time to absorb. Overall, the weather was great, the location was superb, and the condo itself was very comfortable. Easy experience renting the condo.

We loved staying at Ram Sea Unit 101 only problem we had was the sofa's and chairs in the room are awwful and need to be replaced, Everything else was good the room was comfortable and clean when we arrived.

We love staying at the ram sea. Beautiful condos on the beach with a pool and hot tub. Every year we meet people who are fun to talk to. The views of the sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking! I wish the mattresses were better! As we get older comfort during sleep is important!

The location was great, very convenient to stores and restaurants. The office staff were very pleasant and parking was easy. The condo itself was clean and comfortable for our family of four however it desperately needs updating as far as the furniture and decor but having an in unit washer and dryer was a plus.

We love staying at ram sea! Could use a new mattress in the second bedroom and new pillows ! Otherwise it's perfect. Right in the beach great sand amazing pool and hot tub and easy drive to anywhere u want to go

We love staying at Ramses. Downstairs staff is always the best service you can receive. Unit is great but furniture needs to be replaced. Satisfied- 4Location - 5Clean - 5Management -5

Property management is top notch. Everyone there is so nice and helpful, and a special shout out to Pam for going above and beyond. The only thing I can recommend and this is for this particular condo is to get new mattresses for the secondary room, they tend to slump in the middle, and new pillows for the rooms. Other than that place was fabulous and unit was awesome. Thanks again, see you in in a few months!!

We have previously stayed at Ram Sea and still plan on doing so in the future. I would recommend that unit 101 replace the queen bed matress since they tend to roll toward the center. Also there was a shortage of daily cutlery.
