Great host, clean place, loved the location. The only notable issues were the door alarm and the time it took the hot tub to heat up. The were a learning curve, but the host was responsive and explained everything to us. Would definitely stay at this place again! Five stars. Thank you for having us!

We loved our time at this house. The outside space was great. My kids really enjoyed the pool table. The master bed was super comfortable and the sheets were soft. We would definitely stay there agin.

Lobster key was absolutely beautiful, the house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could ever want/need. The pool and backyard are absolutely beautiful. The pool could have been cleaned during our stay but it did not stop us from enjoying it. A quick 2 minute drive over the bridge right into beautiful Anna maria island two blocks away from historic bridge street. As my first trip to Florida ever i couldnt be happier with this location the house is beautiful and well kept and the communication from Anna maria vacations was crystal clear spot on and immediate. Thank you so much and we cannot wait to come back!!!

This home was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area is beautifully surrounded by palm trees which gave us a great sense of privacy. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to the beach and the home is located in a neighborhood with a couple of excellent restaurants—perfect for when you want to stay close by.
Our only issue was with the check-in process. We were told we’d receive the door code on the day of check-in, but it never arrived. I had to call the vacation rental company to retrieve it.

We were very pleased with our accommodations at this property. Beds were comfortable and the furnishings were very nice. Overall it was very clean but the primary bathroom needed a little TLC where a towel rack was pulled from the wall and poorly patched. Also the stairwell was a little tired looking and that’s the first thing you see when entering the home. But otherwise we were impressed and pleased. The outside space was perfect in every way. The key code we were given to access the property was incorrect so we had to contact the rental company. Once we reached them they were extremely helpful and very professional. The price for this property was a good value compared to most properties on the island, however, the fees charged on top of the rate seemed excessive.

We had a great stay! The house was the perfect setup for our family of six. The kids loved the pool and spa. And there was even plenty of pool toys and beach supplies. Two wagons, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The maintenance man even swung by and gave our boys a squirt toy for the pool. So sweet! Backyard had beautiful landscaping that provided a ton of privacy. Would definitely stay again. Also, eat at Tide Tables. Best food of the trip!

Stay here! We have stayed in Airbnbs around the world and this is one of our all time favorites! The setup is perfect with the pool and all the outdoor amenities. The beds were comfortable and the house was very well stocked with everything you need for beach and pool fun. It’s a great place for kids too. Our party had 4 adults and toddler and a baby. The kitchen is well stocked and it’s a perfect little paradise within walkable distance to the beach! We hope to return!

The pool and hot tub were the highlight to our group of 7. The variety of places for us to sit and relax was great from the comfy sectional, large kitchen table, umbrella table on the upstairs deck, and bar, couches and lounge chairs poolside. Great restaurants nearby but we also used the quality gas grill to cook one meal. Conventional coffee maker(with filters) and a Keurig but bring coffee! Kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pans and plates and glassware. All bedrooms had TV’s and ceiling fans. Mattresses were fine with soft sheets and nice quilts.

The home was perfect for our group of 7. The hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature. The bikes were great!! We left a little beach cruiser for a 6-10 year old behind for the next group to use. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. The local restaurants were the best!! We rode over to the beach several times and it was super easy. We are already taking about coming back next year!!

The location was perfect for me as I have stayed in the Cortez area for many years as an RV'er. A mile walk to the beach, restaurants in walking distance. The house was the right size for hosting my family and friends. There were a few cleaning issues which I took care of, maintenance issues which were quickly resolved by Anna Marie Vacations to my satisfaction.

The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It’s a block away from the locally-famous Star Fish market, and a quick jaunt from the beach which is just on the other side of the bridge. There was plenty to do at the house: tiki bar, pool table, corn hole, and of course pool and hot tub. In a quiet fishing neighborhood, so if you enjoy relaxing around the pool, this is for you. If you like wild parties, this is not for you. The only real complaint I have is that the stove isn’t great; the burner seems to have only 2 temperatures—off and high. We managed to make it work. If you’re eating out a lot, this prob won’t be a problem.

Beautiful house….the outdoor area was fantastic. The only thing I would recommend is a gate at the tops of the stairs. This was by far the nicest vacation house we have rented. The beds were super comfortable. We had an amazing stay!

Really nice and clean if we had a issue all I had to do is call and they was on it right away the pool was nice when we was down there the red tide was all up and down the coast so the pool was a life saver for my grandkids and us too had 4 bikes for us to ride but only 3 you could ride the 3rd one had a flat (need a air plump for the bikes) had corn hole we played alot of it and a pool table to beds was comfortable would stay again thanks for having us

This was our first time visiting the Bradenton beach area and Lobster Key was the perfect little place to stay. The house was roomy enough for all 4 of us and was very well stocked with dinnerware, towels, beach towels, coolers, beach carts, games etc. The beds were super comfy and it was very quiet at night so we slept very well. The pool was clean and refreshing. The house is in perfect distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. I highly recommend staying here.

I would definitely stay here again! The house was very spacious the pool was amazing. It was close to the beaches and restaurants. The house has everything you need. If you have a hard time going up stairs this would not be the place for you to stay, it has stairs to get up into the house.

The property was very nice and very clean. The only issues we had were the door code given by the app was wrong, fixed with a phone call. The WiFi login given by the app was wrong, fixed by maintenance guy showing us the handy little book and the pool being low on water and couldn’t find a hose. I filled out the form on the app with the problems we were having and maintenance was there first thing in the morning. Would absolutely stay there or at and AMV location again!

When we arrived a tad early, we drove by the house and I immediately regretted my decision, due to the location of the home and it appeared the size of the yard was not what I wanted. Once we got into the property, LOVE! The pool was not as small as reviewed, I was absolutely pleased with the size for our family. The house was clean and beautiful. The location worried me, but staying for 5 days, we had no issues and it was a quick trip to the island and locals favorite restaurants. The kids loved the house and we would go back in a heart beat. Don't underestimate this home!!!

My children and grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The proximity of the property was closed to everything that we wanted to do, Shelling, fishing, snorkeling and shopping. The house was large enough to be very comfortable to everyone. Will rent again.

So pleased with the Lobster Key house! So much room, great pool/ hot tub & rec area! Loved the updated kitchen bath & beautifully decorated bedrooms too! Walking distance to beach, shops & waterfront restaurants! Highly recommend this property!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lobster Key. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the game and pool areas as well as outside bar and grill area. The neighborhood was quiet and close to great restaurants. We will most likely choose this property again when staying in the area.

We had a great time! The pool looked bigger in the pictures but was still fun. We ended up cleaning the air return because it was covered in dust and also changed the air filter for the same reason. The front shower door handle fell off because it was barely attached. There is barely any water pressure in the showers. I basically had to stand next to the wall to shower in the master. The 2 king size beds were very comfortable. The pool table was fun but only had 1 stick with a tip that we had to share. The neighborhood wasn't bad. It was easy and quick to get to places. Overall it was a great place. If I were the owner I would make some small repairs and it would be perfect in my opinion.

The check in was delayed, due to the cleaning staff running behind. Although it was frustrating after a 12 hour drive, I contacted the main office and they worked with us to ensure we were taken care of. They allowed us to have a later check out which was fair and appreciated. The home is perfect for families and everything you need is on site. I will definitely rent this property again.
