Close to beach, clean and comfortable

Everything was very clean and newly updated. Very close to one of the pools. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but not terrible, and you have direct walkways and access to the beach. Check-in was super easy and friendly. Gated community entrance. Close to the trolly stops. Bedroom is very spacious with a king a bed. Bed & bedding was comfortable but the pillows could be upgraded. Overall stay was great and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Jamaica Royale. It felt really homely. We stayed at No.39, the condo was spotlessly clean and although we didn’t cook the kitchen facilities were great, everything you would need to cook a meal. It was a 5 min walk from the local beach which was beautiful, the condo had a cool box available which was great for beach days. Siesta key village is close by with free local buses running to and from the village. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink, with a laid back atmosphere. We will definitely return to Jamaica Royale.

first time staying at this property!
check in was easy- we got there early enough to go into the office. my husband said the staff was polite and the lobby was clean.
unit was clean and updated nicely! brand new appliances. looked just like the pictures. close access to one of the three pools was nice for my kids. walk to the beach was a little long for my 1.5 and 3 year old but their dad pulled them in the wagon just fine😂
unit also has a hose out back and a spigot by the front door! super convenient for hosing the kids off before entering the unit!!
property had access to grills. shared utensils outside were dirty but no big deal, the unit also had grilling tools! we actually washed the shared utensils and took them back to the grills for the other guests
pools were clean
there was construction going on outside the unit while we were here but it didn’t bother us at all!
staff here were all nice. other guest were also kind and respectful. would recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jamaica Royale in Siesta Key. The location is amazing, and the beach is absolutely incredible — the soft white sand and the water honestly feel unreal, like something out of a postcard or a dream. It was one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen.
The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and overall we had a wonderful vacation.
The only thing we were surprised by was that the kitchen had absolutely no basics at all — no salt, sugar, oil, spices, or anything similar. We travel often and usually even simple essentials like these are provided in Airbnb-style rentals, so this was the first time we experienced a completely empty kitchen setup.
Other than that, we truly loved our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

While we provide starter essentials and fully equipped kitchens with cookware, dishes, and utensils, consumable food items such as salt, sugar, oil, and spices are typically not stocked for health and safety reasons, as supplies can vary from guest to guest. We understand this may have been different from some of your previous vacation rental experiences.
