Hamilton House 306

Pros: Amazing beach views with no direct sun hitting deck. Very spacious condo with super comfortable beds. Cons: Sand sand sand LOL. All the beach gear is kept on the deck so you track sand in constantly. There was sand in the couch when we got there and the floors were not the cleanest. The kitchen only had about 3 glasses and 5 coffee cups, but an abundance of other dishes.

We have stayed at various condos at Hamilton House, and we LOVE it. This room was great for our family of 6- spacious living room area and dining area. Even though a side view, still beautiful as buildings next to you aren't as tall. Loved the pool and being steps from the beach!

The condo was amazing. When we were not out and about the condo was great. It was very relaxing, the beds were very comfortable(amazing). I slept better in the master bedroom than in my bed at home. The only draw back to the condo is that it needs some bowls with lids for storage for leftovers. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The location is fantastic. We absolutely love Hamilton House. We are at the age where we don't want the huge crowds on the beach. Hamilton House is a small complex on a beautiful beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This condo had lots of room for the 4 of us. Beds were very comfy, and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was well stocked except for some items which would have been helpful for cooking in. The decor was a little dark for our liking, but that was no big deal. JC personel were very responsive. We love this area, specifically the Hamilton House, and looking forward to next year.

Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and 4 young children. The place was perfect for us as it had plenty of beds and space for famiky activities. The walk to the beach is about 45 seconds and the complex is quiet and small. Hoping to make this is regular place we visit when we want to be at the beach.

Overall this was a great vacation! We loved the location, the staff was very helpful! There are a few things that could be better, the kitchen appliances need updated for example the skillets were difficult to use bc everything stuck to them. The lighting in the master bathroom was very dim, it needs improved. Cleanliness could have been a little better, sand was still in the floor but overall was clean. I would recommend giving the whole condo a more updated look however we enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

This is our 4th time staying at Hamilton House 306. We love everything about it. Unfortunately, we were there during the 4th of July and this year it was extremely crowded. We have been there during the Fourth of July many of times. However, I don't ever recall seeing the beach, so extremely crowded and the condo itself. Nothing was locked at the condo and people were walking up from the beach and using the pool which was extremely frustrating. Beyond that, everything was the way I remember it, perfect. I love JC Resorts. Holly and the staff is always accommodating, friendly and always make us feel welcome. We have used JC resorts for 10 plus years and they have never disappointed us. Thank You

This is a return trip to Hamilton House for us. We love staying in this building because it is a smaller amount of condos. The grounds are well kept the pool is so nice and not overly crowded and you're steps away from the beach. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful location, pool and beach were right there and we had plenty of options for dinner (and ice cream!) all within walking distance. The living area was larger than expected and all bedrooms were good size. Even though it wasn't beach front, the balcony offered a beautiful view of the beach and had plenty of seating for all 6 of us. The house didn't have any tissues, paper towels or napkins when we arrived so we made an evening trip to the store - it didn't ruin our stay but basic supplies would have been nice. This location and property met our needs perfectly. It was well maintained and seemed to be a bit larger than others in the building. There is a nice view of the beach even though the condo is located at the back of the building.

First time at this condo and it met our needs perfectly. Layout was good and was located on the beach. Even though the unit is as the back of the building there is still a nice balcony and view of the beach. Close to restaurants and the beach wasn't quite as busy in front of this building as it was with others. Building seemed to be maintained reasonably well and guests were generally respectful although since it was a spring break week there were a lot of kids at the rather small pool. Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was we found a small used bottle of shampoo on the shower seat in the master bath which would suggest to us that was not cleaned. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there and in Indian Rocks Beach.

The condo checked all the boxes:i Right on the beach, ocean view, great outdoor balcony, walk to restaurants, away from Publix beach access so wasn’t too crowded and loved having 2 covered parking spaces. Spacious condo - only recommendation...kitchen cookware/utensils/dishes could use some additions and updating and didn’t like the lock on the AC preventing us from turning it below 70 - It was a little warm at night. Overall great condo and would rent it again.

We loved our stay at Hamilton House 306. Even though the unit has a side balcony there is still an amazing view of the ocean. My favorite part of any vacation is enjoying my coffee while listening to the waves and enjoying the view! The unit was very spacious and perfect for our family of 6. Check in was easy and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo was full, but the pool was never overly crowded. Some days we had the entire pool to ourselves. We met some guests that always stay at Hamilton House and they said it’s like this every year, which is why they always return. We will definitely rebook the next time we come to the area.

The property was very roomy and comfortable, however there is needs for updating. The clothes washer spin cycle quit working, maintenance came by and fixed the dishwasher. Lights were burned out and needed replacing The stepping stone path to get to the beach is an accident waiting to happen and the shrubs along the path need to trimmed

The condo was just as described in the listing. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The living area was comfortable for sitting and the dining table provided ample seating. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was nice and warm. The only suggestion I have is to add a grab handle next to the tub. We traveled with my 92 year old MIL and were worried about her getting in and out of the shower. Relatives were at two other rentals on the sound side and all agree we had the best rental. I would recommend to friends.

This property was very clean, spacious and comfortable for a family. The beach access is amazing and it’s a beautiful area. It was nice to be able to walk to get a few things that we needed or drive just a few minutes for other necessities. Easy access to get to Clearwater, St Pete, etc check in would be easier if they have keyless entry on the doors rather than have to go get a key as we got in at midnight. No complaints, all of the renters at the other properties were very friendly and our kids made friends.

Very nice condo!!! Very comfortable like home feeling! They also let us know they were doing construction on the beach and gave us a heads up and offered another room or discount in which we took the discount as the construction part was only going on first couple days and only had to walk a block down the beach to avoid it. Definetily will be using this person again!!!
