Hamilton House 304

We had a little family reunion here and my whole family loved it! They had plenty of towels, all the kitchen items you could possibly need, and baby items. The house and views were beautiful and we loved every part of our trip! The drive to the cabin wasn’t bad either so you should make it just fine if it snowed

I loved this cabin and if we ever go to Dollywood/Pigeon Forge area again we will be staying here. The view was incredible, the seclusion with the curtains on the back deck was wonderful and I loved all the labeling throughout the home. The host was very responsive and everything was close by to the cabin!

We have stayed in Hamilton House numerous times and have always been happy with our time there. I cannot say enough about how amazing the beach,sunsets, and the management has always been.We stayed in 304 this year and we were disappointed with the king bed. The mattress seemed rather old and was very saggy.The furniture in the LR is white leather and was very yellowed on the cushions.I was able to clean it with wipes and I felt it was just dirty and neglected by cleaning staff. I would suggest adding to the instructions for guests to avoid sitting on the furniture with Sun Screen or tanning oil on them. We did have a minor issue the day after we arrived with tiny ants.I called the manager and she was very helpful sending someone right over to take care of it. We didn't see another ant the rest of our stay and we were there 2 weeks. With some minor updates,we would def.stay in 304 again!

Everything about the location was perfect! The view was stunning, the bed and furniture very comfortable. It was adequately stocked. There is absolutely nothing that needs changed here!So if you're looking for a beautifull condo with a view, comfort and close to restaurants, I highly recommend this condo!Staff Lucy and Annette were great and handled every question I had prior to arrival.

Great location, nice sized unit with a fantastic view. Staff was very helpful and responded to issues promptly, thanks Annette.A couple of issues for future tenants, replace small kitchen appliances, I.e. coffee maker and toaster, very poor shape and not sure the last time they were cleaned. The master bath shower has 0 pressure, need to remove the current handheld unit and have a normal head installed, probably will not reduce the pressure as much. Alternatively the 2nd bathroom is fantastic!The unit was not very clean, I'm sure it is much cleaner now after my wife has been through it. Thank you

My wife and I really enjoyed out stay at the Hamilton House on Indian Rocks Beach. Our condo #304 was nicely appointed and offered us an outstanding view of the Gulf from the master bedroom and the family room. Our main complaint was a very soft bed in the master bedroom which gave both my wife and I 7 uncomfortable nights of sleep. The patio was large enough and comfortable but the floor darkly stained or discolored. Hopefully the owners can purchase a firm mattress because we would love to come back next year.

Had to do a special pick up to get keys that don't fit anything. Would be so much nicer to just get an email with codes to doors and gates

Wonderful location. Short walk to fine restaurants. Condo was clean and came well equipped. Wonderful views from the balcony. Owner provided beach chairs, beach towels and other beach toys. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying two weeks in this lovely condo. The views from the balcony were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It was spotless upon arrival. It would have been nice to have more comfortable balcony furniture but that was minor. It was a pain to have to drive to another property to pick up and drop off the keys especially when there are electronic locks for the lobby and condo doors. Angela was very quick to resolve a few problems. We wanted to book this condo for next year, however, we were sad to see that all of March 2024 was already booked. The only availability was for a unit on the side of the building but we come for the beachfront view. Keegan's Seafood and TJ's Italian Cafe were within walking distance and both were excellent. We hated to return to cold and dreary Ohio! Thank you for a great vacation!

Everything was fine except some light bulbs needed to be replaced and perhaps some heavier lamps. When you opened door to balcony they would blow over. Also, when we have stayed in previous years, stairways and hallways were cleaned almost every day. They have not been done at all in the last 10 days. Also sad to see a 20+% increase in rental for next year. Would love to see a keypad lock rather than having to drive 20 minutes out of the way to pick up keys and return them.

We stayed at Hamilton House #304. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, close to great local eating places and very walkable. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We found it well supplied in the kitchen with all the basics needed. Living room furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. We would definitely stay there again. The only thing that didn't work was the bathroom door in the master bathroom and management was aware of that and it was to be fixed after we left. It wasn't a big deal for us

First and foremost - compliments to JC the management company. The staff is exceptional - any property can have issues, but what is important is how those issues are resolved! JC staff is without a doubt the best. We have been renting condo's in this area for over 20 years - and trust me, JC is the BEST !Appreciate them so so much -

This is our 3rd stay at Hamilton House. We enjoy the area. The management team are very professional and helpful. The condo description was accurate. I would recommend this condo and will return.

We had a great stay. The weather was great and the Gulf beautiful. At the time of our stay mid-August, 2021 there was no Red Tide. The beach and water were gorgeous. Beautiful sunsets, dolphins and other sea life could be viewed from the balconyThe condo could use some sprucing up Some new balcony furniture is in need I recognize that rust is an issue on the Gulf so I would suggest using non metal replacements More supervision of the cleaning staff would be recommended. The master bath shower had a lot of mold upon our arrival. There was cleaner with bleach left so I cleaned it myself All other areas could use more dusting and possibly the air conditioning vents cleaned and filters replaced to cut down on the dustEven with the issues we lived our stay and would go back again

I only gave a 4 star on the condo. First I felt the kitchen should have been cleaner. The patio table was rusted, and chipped on the tabletop. The single bed was hard. If not for those I would have given it a 5 star.

What can I say, Hamilton House 304 is awesome!! Very clean and well appointed! We had plenty of room for 5 people, location is perfect, right on the beach!! We'll definitely stay again!! Thank you!
