The condo is in a beautiful location just feet from the beach. It was clean when we arrived. Close to restaurants & attractions. The unit and area seems very friendly to families with small kids. We were worried being spring break if the crowds would be family friendly The pool area is clean and comfortable although we wished it was heated. The negatives we had were minor- dvd & cable remotes had no batteries. Clock in kitchen was also in need of batteries. An open bag of chips found in the kitchen cabinet above the microwave. AC is rather loud when running. All in all I would definitely stay in Hamilton House 303 again.

It was clean, comfortable, the beach access was awesome. The view was beautiful. Wish you didn’t have to check in at another property a distance away. The last night lost AC. But overall would stay again!!

We had a nice stay. Condo unit and common areas of the property are well maintained. Perfect location and the condo even had beach chairs. The rental company was friendly and easy to deal with. Only negative was the pool heat wasn’t working so the water was very cold.

However, the only one that can really be used is the overhead. In the master, some of the sprayers are broken. In the guest bath, you cannot use the wall sprayers because it just hits the opposite wall and runs out into the floor.Secondly, the elevator can be problematic. It worked fine most of the trip, but got stuck on a few occasions. For those who are able, the stairs work just fine if you’re not transporting bags or groceries.

We've stayed at many of the JC Resorts condos at Hamilton House over the years. JC Resorts is always a pleasure to work with. They are prompt, professional and provide unmatched service.The condo we rented this year was, as always, well cleaned and spacious. The bed in the master is lovely to sleep on. The spare room beds are fine as well. The location and views couldn't be better. We will continue to come back. We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful! Only drawback was that we had to check in late due to flight change and pick up keys at a different condo location. Would 100% stay there again. Location can't be beat. Beautiful view!

We enjoy our stay at the Hamilton House year after year. While the weather is not always as warm as we would prefer, it is a great place to meet friends that we have known over the years. It is a quiet place with not too many children. The rental staff is excellent!!!

There was no cooking spices, which was no problem, just in the past at other rentals they had a limited stock of common seasoning. The condo has several beach chairs and an umbrella. This condo is in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach located on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and more. The condo was spotless, offered all the amenities of home (washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen), came with 2 covered parking spots. Easy access to the beach and great views. We would stay here again.

This condo has it all! Direct access to the beautiful ocean, a pool and all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. We enjoyed waking up and taking walks on the beach, enjoyed watching sunsets from our deck. The condo is located in the center of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach with restaurants, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance. A grocery store is located in the next town over, about a 10 min drive. The condo has covered parking spots. We can't wait to return!

Our departure flights left very early in the am and the staff was pretty rude about us leaving the keys in the condo rather than bringing them to the office. The check in process at the Sandollar was not too far out of the way lady that checked me in was full of information. Wonderful job when we got to the resort. Nice place nice view the pool was nice and clean every day well taken care of the grounds, the grass was nice Views were beautiful spectacular right on the beach. The only negative that I have is they need to update the furniture for the under sides of the furniture. Every time you would sit down pieces of the fabric are falling apart. Other than that everything you would need for the beach is located in the closet. A couple of the beach chairs are more recliners/beds because they don’t set up anymore but there was two decent ones. Overall, I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We had a rough start to our vacation with our flights, and was needing to check in late, so the management accommodated us without any hesitation! The place was very nice and had everything we needed to stay there. Very good location, right on the beach with just steps until your toes are in the sand! The condo was very clean upon arrival, and we were very satisfied with our stay at the Hamilton House in Indian Rocks Beach!

This is our second year staying here. The staff where we checked in at Sand Dollar are always accommodating. We arrived early and the did their best to get us to check in early. Great location. My only suggestion would be to add grab bars in the showers for both bathrooms. The floors of the showers are slippery, especially the one with the tub. The walk-in shower was fabulous for mom who uses a walker. But regardless of a walker or not, grab bars make a nice secure addition. The décor in the condo is beautiful! First morning for coffee I realized the coffee pot did not work. So I called the office, and housekeeping happened to be there and she offered to bring us a brand new coffee pot on the fly! You saved our vacation! She said, "It's what we're here for."

We absolutely loved this condo location. Close to restaurants, grocery, ice cream and shops. Also, the views from the 3rd floor balcony were spectacular. We enjoyed beach time and pool time and even down time on the balcony. We saw dolphin daily, pods of fish and birds galore. We will definitely be back. Easy to fly in and plenty of Uber/Lyft rides within minutes. No need to waste extra money on car rental.

The apartment is clean and contains all the necessary things. The greatest delight for us was the view from the living room and bedroom. Large balcony where you can eat breakfast and drink a cup of coffee. Check in and out was easy and no problem. A beautiful place to rest, I recommend it.

The condo was nice and in a great location. The balcony looking out to the ocean was so nice. Was great to just walk a few steps to either the pool or the beach. Not any kitchen paper products, like paper towels. We had an issue with a TV but called and someone came to fix it for us very promptly. We hope to visit again soon!

Overall this was a great place. Excellent access to the beach and pool. The pool was very clean and really beautiful. You could not ask for a better view. It is located by several restaurants within walking distance. We had a few things that came up that needed to be repaired but the rental folks were easy to get a hold of and fixed it right away. A few tips: You do have to buy everything when you get there. We had to pick up salt, pepper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and we used our grocery bags for garbage. They do provide one garbage bag and one dishwasher soap pod. It did say if you wanted more to pick it up at the office but the office is quite a ways away so easier to just buy it. We would recommend this condo but the couch should be replaced. It is very old, stained and worn out. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. They had a laptop you could use if needed. Also the TV's and master shower were very nice. It was also very nice to have an easy to remember pass code to get into the building, the pool, and access to the beach which is very close.

Perfect location....with our balcony offering a Gulf waterfront panoramic view of the beach & it's glorious sunsets. Easy quick beach access & a clean, refreshing pool with multiple lounge chairs. The town itself is low keyed, comfortable, friendly & laid back . Interesting stores & all types of shopping available. But the best is the variety of eateries...casual & comfortable..... huge portions of delicious seafood & high quality upscale restaurants with OUTSTANDING & unusually displayed delicious food. Our top pick is Salt Rock Grill. With so much to see & do & eat & just relax in the rhythmic beauty of the atmosphere & retire to a comfortable Condo....it was one of our favorite vacations..... & I am sure we will be back. I was worried since this property did not have many reviews but it is great. The view was amazing and accessing the beach was a breeze. The condo even had a few beach chairs and umbrella which made it nice for us since we're flew. Condo was clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen too. I'd stay there again!
