We love the Hamilton House and this is our 3rd year coming back to the same location. Great place, great location and the views are wonderful.

The perfect location, central to all things and right on the beach. We were able to check in early no issues, the whole staff at JC Resorts were wonderful. Fully equipped condo, lots of linens and beach items, the master bath has been remodeled and its beautiful with a capital B, the kitchen is limited and the sink is super small. The pool is a great size and never over crowded, well maintained. The property grounds are clean and well kept, overall it truly is the perfect beach condo!

This place is now a favorite! The location is walking distance to nice restaurants - Guppy's was great and just a couple of blocks down the street. The condo was well furnished with everything you need - even beach towels. The balcony is large - pictures didn't do it justice! We enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony and beach - great views. Beds and furniture were very comfortable - big plus. Kitchen was well stocked, too. Overall an A stay. We'll be staying here again!

This is our 4th summer at Hamilton House, and we love it. There were very few issues with 205 ( could use updated furniture and more kitchen utensils), but overall we loved the condo. The beach was as amazing as always. We loved it so much that we already reserved 205 for next summer as well.

We spent a week with our children, our grandchildren and our best friends and their families. We stayed in 205 which seemed to be snack central for the grandchildren to visit. We had a large balcony to fit all. There are a lot of great things about Hamilton House: nice rooms, comfy den/living rooms, beds and bathrooms, convenience to restaurants and Island Attitudes for souvenirs. The pool is great for kids and the elevator makes it convenient for us handicap people. The ladies that work at JC resorts are the best.

The property is small but the unit is huge compared to others I’ve stayed at. The view is breathtaking. The furnishings were super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Even had storage containers. I liked that there were a couple beach chairs and umbrellas to use as well as beach towels. Nice pool though most people used the beach. Great location. Beach is right out the door. I would go back again for sure!

Our condo was 205. It has a large balcony. We were two older couples with children and grandchildren in other units in this building. The pool was very clean. Excellent condo which we have now rented on 10 occasions. Outstanding and breathtaking Gulf views. Comfortable lounge and beds. Bathroom in Master Suite is spacious and well refurbished. The view was gorgeous. Very spacious. Bring everything you needed including t.p and paper towels, basic kitchen spices. There's nothing stocked. The bed could use an upgrade. Other than those nit picky details, we loved our stay!

Hamilton House 205 has a great view. Very close to many fine places to eat within walking distance. The only things that could make it better is the tv amplifier needs to be relocated to avoid getting unpluged as it did while we were there. And the kitchen cabinets are very old. All in all great place hope to come back next year.

We had on overall great stay at The Hamilton House 205 condo. Very clean and spacious. Amazing views from the balcony and master bedroom. Good water pressure and air conditioning worked beautifully. Pool and parking area well-maintained. Kitchen dated but bathrooms updated nicely. Easy access to beach. Wasn't keen about there being carpet, however it's brand new so wasn't an issue. All appliances worked well. A starter toilet paper, bar of soap supplied for each sink, and dishwasher tablets supplied but otherwise quite bare. A Publix is nearby so not a big issue just don't expect more than salt and pepper. Ample supply of towels. The beach is breathtaking. Sand as soft as flour. My family had a wonderful time. Thank you! :)

My family really enjoyed our first stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The condo is just steps from the beach and huge balcony was perfect for meals and sunsets. Although the unit is a bit dated, it's clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall another good vacation! A couple of caveats were the elevator was down when we got there for five and a half days, so being a disabled person it wasn’t easy having to navigate the stairs. Things break we get it! The other issue I have had for three years now is the path to get to the ocean, this year the stepping stones you navigate broke my rental wagons front wheels from being so bumpy. Then it’s pretty difficult when you get down to the steps to the ocean to do the ninety degree turn with very little room and a couple more steps. We really like it there and the people are very friendly and nice. Beach is never overly crowded and has a good atmosphere. Having little kids it is a great place for them to have lots of fun and it’s very close to several places to eat and shops.

Carpet looked brand new and both baths have been totally redone and very nice. Loved the layout and being on the end with lots of windows. We checked in on Saturday the 2nd early afternoon. Easy process other than it being at a different building that wasn’t within walking distance. Arrived at 205 which is a lovely corner unit. Loved the floor plan and access. The unit is older with nice upgraded master bath. The shower area was great. We loved the pool and the fact that’s shaded until after lunch. Beach access super convenient as well. We could watch our family easily from our perch above. Close food that is rather delicious. Cigar and bait shop close. Great coffee spot a short walk that has breakfast. Ice cream and cute candy shop in the same center. Although if you’re in the area definitely don’t miss HAZE!!! Best homemade ice cream anywhere. Maderia Beach is the location for those of you who headed ice cream! Seriously it’s the best. I’d say my only real concern would be the gate access to the beach and pool. Gate was not operating at the pool. Would latch and lock even though it had a security code. The beach gate needs a closure on because it was open constantly. This was an invite for people not staying there. We had onsite security, very nice man. He left after the 4th. Definitely need someone there checking tags on vehicles more frequently. If you walked over to the lobby entrance the code for the doors at the stairwells and commons was clearly visible. So this made the building completely unsecured minus your condo door. These things need addressed in my opinion. Well, I’d say that’s enough. If you made it this long, god bless you and thanks for listening. Sincerely, T

This time we stayed for 2 weeks because I knew we wouldn't be satisfied with only 1 week like last year. It is the prettiest condo. Decorated very beachy and nice. The highlight of this 2 BR condo is it's wrap around huge private balcony with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunsets every night! Not only is there a sliding glass door off the living room area, there is also one off the master bedroom. You can see the Gulf while laying in bed. I like that this condo is on the side of the building so you have more windows and sunlight in all the rooms. They have secured entry to make it not only a relaxing stay but a safe one. They do have a pool. The beach is not as congested as the public beaches and that is what I like about it. However, there are great restaurants within walking distance, right across the street, so you really don't need a car unless you wanted to go somewhere farther away. There are bike and scooter rentals just a couple blocks away too. For those of you who have never been to this part of Florida, I would highly recommend IRB. It is such a nice area. I certainly recommend renting this particular condo, just as long as you don't want it at the same time as me!

They do have a pool. The beach is not as congested as the public beaches and that is what I like about it. However, there are great restaurants within walking distance, right across the street, so you really don't need a car unless you wanted to go somewhere farther away. There are bike and scooter rentals just a couple blocks away too. For those of you who have never been to this part of Florida, I would highly recommend IRB. It is such a nice area. I certainly recommend renting this particular condo, just as long as you don't want it at the same time as me!

Overall great location with fantastic balcony and views. Condo is very spacious. JC Management very easy to work with, able to talk to someone immediately when I called about our unexpected late arrival and was sent an email on a Saturday that explained the late arrival process, which was very easy and as described. We otherwise did not have any issues and amenities were as described. Bathrooms are remodeled and wonderful. outdoor furniture was great- when not at the beach, we spent most time on the balcony. Kitchen could use some updating and wish the door was keypad entry instead of requiring a key (would have just made it easier going to and from the beach/pool), but overall did not hinder our stay. My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under age 10) loved every minute of our time in Indian Rocks Beach. Would recommend to friends and would stay again.

We love staying at the Hamilton House because of its great location (seconds walk to the beach, all condos with balconies and views of the ocean, can walk to fantastic local restaurants). This particular condo was very spacious with a huge balcony with fantastic views. Bathrooms were remodeled and very nice. Wish it had a keypad entry instead of needing a key. Overall we had a fantastic stay. Would recommend and stay again for sure!

Checked in late, key pick up was easyCondo is well furnished and clean, kitchen a bit out dated sink is small. Over all the condo is comfortable and adequate. Outstanding view of the Gulf with some of the most beautiful sunsets. Swimming pool is well kept and clean.The only negative was the elevator was out for repairs, condo is on second floor. Should be back in order by the time we come back next vacation.

The rental staff were very friendly and even accommodated an early check-in. The condo is quite large and while not an open concept, was very accommodating for our family of 4. Not once did we feel cramped. The rental was very clean and the master bed was very comfortable. There haven't been many updates done (except for the 2nd bathroom) to the condo, but it didn't feel old if you know what I mean. We prefer clean and comfortable over needing stainless steel and modern bathrooms. The patio was large with plenty of seating and we enjoyed amazing sunsets every night. The walk down the path to the beach is very short and made it easy to go up to the condo from the beach if needed. You can't beat the clear calm water on Indian Rocks beaches. There are plenty of restaurants within very short walking distance and a small grocery store. We ate out way more than we usually do because everything was so close and convenient. Chicago Jaqx was pretty good and had live music every night. We also ate at Guppy's twice and the food was delicious. Definitely go to IRB creamery for ice cream and Salt Public house was great for a quick lunch and beer. Indian Rocks Cafe has super friendly owners and wonderful breakfast. We're hoping to rent at Hamilton House again and would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful condominium!! Very comfortable bedding - well stocked kitchen - loved the table and chairs on the porch - teal is my favorite color!! We enjoyed the gulf view and especially the gorgeous sunsets!! We live in King, outside Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We would like to stay there again in the future!! We love it down there. We had car trouble on the way down there and traded cars while we were down there - stressful time!! Thank you for letting us rent your condo!!

The condo is just gorgeous. I loved the way it was decorated and very "beachy" looking. The wrap around large balcony was my favorite part of it. You could walk out on the balcony from the main bedroom or the living room. Since the weather was perfect, that is where we spent most of our time. The beach was right there and not very crowded in that area which we liked. It was quiet. We had no problems with anything. They have security code to access the building which I liked also. They have a nice pool although we did not use it. I have so many photos of beautiful sunsets we watched each evening, some look like post cards. So awesome! The location in Indian Rocks Beach is ideal. We had several good restaurants right across the street where we could just walk over to them. Next time we go back to Florida I hope we will be able to reserve this particular condo. We are spoiled now.
