sand dollar staff was amazing . construction and beach dredging was happening at the sand dollar so we were given options at staying at hamilton house. condo was gorgeous, convenient to restaurants and beach front

About the only thing you will need to bring is toilet paper and paper towels. And any food you want to eat while there. They even supply beach chairs/beach towels/beach toys. I can't imagine needing anything else. And yes, it does have a blender in the fully stocked and well organized kitchen. All you have to do is enjoy some peace.

This condo was perfect in every way. Beautiful view of the beach with lush tropical greenery. Very roomy and clean condo. About the only thing you will need to bring is toilet paper and paper towels. And any food you want to eat while there. They even supply beach chairs/beach towels/beach toys. I can't imagine needing anything else. And yes, it does have a blender in the fully stocked and well organized kitchen. All you have to do is enjoy some peace.

Excellent time and extremely helpful staff. Only issue we had in the 3 weeks we were at the Hamilton House was lack of luggage trolleys. Only one trolley for the whole building. Unacceptable, especially on a Saturday with everyone needing it. Thank you.

Everything was mostly good. The ice maker didn’t work and one of the toilets ran all the time. Being a maintenance man by trade, I fixed both myself instead of waiting on someone to come fix them.

The unit was absolutely perfect! Well stocked, very clean and updated with nice linens and furniture. Loved having beach chairs and an umbrella to use. Tons of kitchen supplies and cookware. I will definitely be going back!! Also loved that there are great restaurants within walking distance and the trolley right down the street! There was nothing like waking up to the sounds of the ocean right outside the door. Enjoyed perfect sunsets from the balcony!! Pool was clean as well!!

Excellent location. The ocean view is spectacular. Dauphins regularly can be seen swimming past the condo. It is located within short walking of 3 or 4 very good restaurants and stores. The unit is well maintained, modern and clean.

I had to make a couple of different changes, and they were happy to help! The property is kept clean, we even interacted with the maintenance guy who is so nice! Excellent location for a family vacation. Several very good restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful sunsets. After staying in a beach front condo, I don't think we will ever rent anything off the beach again. The convenience and views are worth it. The building is smaller, so less crowded, which is a plus. The pool is small, but clean. Good for the kids. The condo had several beach chairs, an umbrella, and a few other nice to have beach items. Everything worked well in the condo, except the living room TV/Cable system. Not a big deal to us, and the manager was informed when we left to get it looked at. Other than that, everything was well furnished and in good condition for a rental unit. Great place that we will look at again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our fourth year at Hamilton House @ Indian Rocks Beach. Love the convenience to wonderful restaurants...several, within walking distance. HH is a smaller building right on the beach and the pool is also beachfront. We’ve stayed in one of the three bedroom units, but they are on side of building, and view of beach is slim to none. The two bedroom ocean front units have million dollar views. Units are always clean and well equipped with the necessities, including washer, dryer. If you encounter issues, the staff at JC resorts work very hard to rectify the issue. We have already rebooked for 2022!

Everything was very much as advertised. The condo was clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The location is very convenient for short walks to get most anything you needed. Our only recommendation would be keyless entry to the condo so we wouldn’t have to take keys to the beach. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The condo was amazing clean and updated very tastefully done the beds were amazing, Kitchen well stocked with plates and cookware. Located within walking distance to everything we needed. The compliant was the gate to get into the pool never worked right no lights around the pool area and you were suppose you be out by dusk. A large loud crowd staying in a another condo was so loud we did not get much sleep. The pool is pretty small. So when a large crowd decide to get in at the same time and throw a volleyball you need to get out. There is no front desk or anything else at this location so nothing could be done, the sand dollar were we picked the keys up said they did no run this location so they were no help.

The condo was great ! Had a few plumbing issues but nothing major it was clean and the view was amazing the ease to walk for just about everything was great. The only issue was the gate to the pool never worked right ! There are no lights around the pool. The pool was pretty small and there was a large group of people that was also staying there that were very very loud and took over the pool area. So the condo itself is great but if you have other guest on the property that are loud at all hours and taking over the pool not so good. There is no manager on-site so forget getting help with anything.

Condo was as advertised, up to date decor, comfortable furniture, clean, everything worked as it should and kitchen was well stocked. View from the balcony was beautiful. Sunsets were great. Pool area was clean and although the property seemed booked out the pool never seemed to crowded. Easy beach access. Close to plenty restaurants and grocery stores but not as busy as some of the surrounding beaches. Water was clear and calm. We saw sting rays, dolphins and star fish. Our two young children loved it . Overall we were very happy with the stay and would recommend and would stay again.

The condo is in the perfect place for the best view and private beach! The condo was clean and was full of the bare necessities one would need for a vacation. The master bath shower was scalding hot as in no cold water I called J&C to report it and she said someone would come out. We saw the ladder in the master closet was open and moved so we assumed someone came out but when we checked the water it was exactly the same still scalding hot - no worries we continued to use the other bathroom. When I went to check out I told the very sweet lady at the desk that the scalding water issue was never resolved and as I was telling her a man who I assume works for them proceeding to start yelling at me telling me that he fixed the water issue and that I did not know how to work a shower. I was horrified! The 2 ladies apologized for him but he yelled at me for a few minutes and finally walked out. There was a guest waiting at the elevator and he was equally upset for me!!! I was soooooo upset and I will think twice renting from them again. Our week was wonderful we overcame the hiccups ourselves.

This condo is located right on the beach in the middle of Indian Rocks. The location is great. The pool was clean and heated. The condo was clean, but the shower curtain probably should have been replaced prior to our stay, as it was quite dirty. We did have WiFi issues towards the End of our stay, but Dennis handled and replaced the router within a couple hours of being notified. Overall , this is a great condo, and we would stay there again.

Our fourth year at Hamilton House @ Indian Rocks Beach. Love the convenience to wonderful restaurants...several, within walking distance. HH is a smaller building right on the beach and the pool is also beachfront. We've stayed in one of the three bedroom units, but they are on side of building, and view of beach is slim to none. The two bedroom ocean front units have million dollar views. Units are always clean and well equipped with the necessities, including washer, dryer. If you encounter issues, the staff at JC resorts work very hard to rectify the issue. We have already rebooked for 2022!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Our family stayed here forThanksgiving week and we had a great time. Fortunately, the weather was perfect. The condo was super clean, updated and everything worked properly. There are some very good restaurants within walking distance making it very convenient for takeout. JC Resorts were very easy to work with. Looking forward to another stay.

The property was just as viewed. Spotlessly cleaned inside the condo and out on the property. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The balcony view is great! It’s enough to the side of the pool that you’re not disturbed when others are in there but close enough that you can still see over to it. Great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were awesome to deal with, they made everything so easy. We had a garbage disposal leak and told them it was ok until we checked out but they came right up and had it replaced. It was a great getaway to forget about COVID for a week. We felt perfectly safe on the property. All proper precautions were taken. Thank you!

Love the location of this property and the view from the balcony is amazing. It's not a busy resort, there are a handful of restaurants and shops nearby. It's a great base for exploring the area. The condo is exactly as the images and has everything you need. The owners have board games and some beach chairs etc you can use along with 2g & 5g internet. We will book again, can’t wait until next time

Thank you for your review and we look forward to your next visit. (With respect to the reservation system being offline, we are at the mercy of our internet provider which is the largest provider in the area. Occasionally it goes down but we have priority repair status.)
