Capri Condo D

Beautiful Place, nice and clean, good location. Right on the beach. If noise bothers you this place is not the best. Lots of traffic noise and band plays at nearby bar until about 9:45pm every night. Representatives need to make certain that the correct door code is given to the guest so said guests doesn’t have to haul their luggage up and down a flight of steps in the rain because the rental company doesn’t know what the door code is nor did they know what the key box code on the wall was. Not very impressive for this vacation rental company. Hopefully no one else experiences this.

The huge double window was excellent. Gave a great view of the ocean! The bed was super comfy and it had everything we needed. I would suggest that the host supply coffee filters because we had to wait to go to the store until we got into the condo to see what kind of coffee maker they had. Restaurants were in walking distance. Wish that the patio furniture would have been a little higher and sturdier. All in all a nice place to stay.

This is the second year we have used this agency for our rental and we couldnt be more pleased. The accomodation was great. It was well stocked. Communication from you was also very good. I want to let you know that one beach chair is broken. We left it on the front porch. Suggestions More comfortable chairs for the deck would be a plus. We were also surprised to have the roof workers on the deck. It would be better to have been notified. Again very minor things!

Beautiful place in a lovely and quiet location. Right on the water so the views were amazing! The place was clean and tidy - and had everything I needed.

The Good: Unit was perfect. Assign parking right in front. Kitchen supplies, bathroom toiletries, and beach chairs and umbrella were available. As described, on the beach with beautiful wild view.
The Bad: nothing really with the unit itself. just an opinion on a few items. A small cooler for the beach would be nice. Lounge chairs in the deck to lay down enjoy a cool night or the sunrise/sunset.
Coffee pack for the first day.
Miscellaneous:
We selected this unit due to the proximity of Bridge St. Walkable to all restaurant and bars, mini market across the street (sell everything from coffee to snacks to souvenirs to water floats). No need to drive anywhere for supplies or entertainment
Would rent again.

I can’t say enough about this place. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and the breath taking view. When I say on the beach it’s on the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pictures don’t do justice. We will absolutely stay again. The condo had everything we needed and even had chairs for the beach. My only suggestion is a water clean off station for this side of the condo. Thank you again.

This is a hidden gem. Right in the center of everything. On the beach great shells in the area. Can walk to shops and restaurants. Take the family have fun. Drive 45 mins away to get shark teeth at venice beach. The restaurants in the area were amazing.

We had an excellent experience at this property! The location was perfect with the beach views and access. Seeing dolphins and manatees while sitting on the balcony every morning, was exactly why you get a beachfront property...and this one delivered! Close walk to breakfast every morning, with coffee at Back Alley Treasures and breakfast sandwiches at Waffel Celebrations was a perfect way to start the day! Enjoy your stay here for the proximity to the beach and surrounding family-friendly places to eat. Bedrooms were defintely spacious, and the overall listing was accurate. Property management hours of operation made any things that did pop up during our stay was comforting.

Location, location, location. steps from the beach and magnificent sunset view! Easy walk for my 83 year old mom, although full flight of steps to entry. Worth it for the view of the ocean! A very short walk to Bridge Street shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable.

The condo was just as pictured. Fabulous view. In the middle of everything, walk to shops and restaurants. Only drawback is the master bedroom is right on the busy main street and the music at night was loud and the garbage trucks and other trucks very noisy at 3 am.
The condo was right on the beach and couldn’t have been closer to the beach. We loved it.

Perfect location for relaxing girls trip with no car needed. Can't get any closer to the beach then this condo. Quiet, yet so so close to excellent restaurants, casual bars, spa and shopping. All of our needs were met. Twin beds are not super comfortable for an adult, but we managed and slept well regardless.

It was a great experience the place was perfect size for us and we loved the view. Although, I was disappointed that we had no privacy from our neighbors. The patio was not split apart, every time we wanted to sit outside or go out on the patio, their kids would come out run all over us. Couple of their kids tried to wake up my daughter by using their flashlight and waving through the patio sliding door. Another issue I had was I thought this was no smoking condo indoors, our next door neighbor was smoking weed and you could smell it in the Master bedroom for hours at night. It was really smelly. I have no problem if it was outside.

This is a beautiful condo, fabulous view and steps to the beach. Very comfortable furniture and beds, freshly painted and updated. Very short walk to Bridge Street, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING!! Definitely would love to stay here again! The condo is very close to the shops and restaurants at Bridge Street. The kitchen is very well equipped and the sunset view from deck is stunning!

We had an amazing time. The beach and condo were perfect for our family of six. To be able to watch the kids play in the sand while having a cup of coffee was everything!

This property is VERY nice and the views are amazing! We love the convenience of being right on the beach as well as within walking distance of so many places. The beach is beautiful as well as the balcony views! Perfect for a family of 4!
