Breezy Beach

This house was wonderful. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was a perfect temperature and the outdoor space was lovely. The inside was very clean and well set-up for a family with adult children.

Pros—gorgeous landscaping and property as described; walkable to the dog park, racquet courts, skate park, beach, trolley stop (great associated app for timing) and Ugly Grouper. House was well appointed as far as kitchenware and beach supplies.
Cons: No spices or cleaning supplies. Only salt and pepper. We had to call for the additional garage code.
The DAY BEFORE check in we had to pay an additional $282 for our dog—after we had already paid the pet fee, before they would provide the key code. Our only other recourse was to not bring our dog or lose the entire amount paid. Uncool and unprofessional. The day before check in they also advised us that if our dog was all or part of a list of certain breeds, he would not be welcome. Again, we would lose our entire payment. Luckily, ours was not on the list. Highly recommend reaching out in advance for these issues, as thousands of dollars could be lost without any recourse or assistance from Airbnb.

We’d like to gently clarify a couple of details for future guests. The pet policy and additional fee are noted in the listing, as Airbnb does not collect this fee upfront. The home welcomes dogs with prior approval, and breed and weight restrictions do apply, so we always encourage guests to review those details during booking to avoid any surprises. Regarding the garage code, this information is provided through our guest portal. Since an email address was not provided at the time, our Anna Maria Vacations team was happy to share the code once contacted. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad you were able to enjoy your time on the island.

We had a fantastic family vacation here! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the beach-themed decor made the space feel relaxed and inviting. Pool area was great! Very relaxing! Outdoor TV and kitchen were well utilized! Inside was comfortable and clean! Not too far walk to beach either! Great fun!

My family and I had such a great stay at Breezy Beach. Everything was incredible, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the home was very clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was short enough in the warm sun, and the gulf was cool and sparkling blue. We spent most of our time in the pool area, which is laid out very nicely. We made some core memories as a family, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you for hosting us.

We had the best time at Breezy Beach. The weather was great, and the sunsets were spectacular. When we arrived, the home was extremely clean and organized. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The only downfall was having to check out, we wanted to stay longer!! Our kids loved the pool area, we loved the grilling area. We have already re-booked for next year! See you soon AMI!

We loved this property and how easy it was to work with the managers. It is well outfitted with all the comforts of home. The kids loved the pool. The living space upstairs away from the pool was an added security that was nice with kids.
