This is a great duplex. It was extremely clean and furnished well. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach, coffee, donuts, restaurants and shopping. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella and the wagon was a huge bonus. We had an amazing vacation and enjoyed our stay here very much.

We just got back from a girl’s trip. There were only two of us but the house could comfortably sleep four. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We loved having a second bathroom. We did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked! The washer and dryer were a perfect added touch as we walked everywhere and used our “walking clothes” so much we did a load of laundry. The property was located on a quiet street and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The beach was so close and we loved the provided beach chairs that we easily carried to the beach! We walked to Bean Point one day and utilized the trolley for the Holmes Beach area and Bridge Street area. We had the best time and highly recommend!

One of our favorite things about this location is how easy it is to leave the car behind and explore the island on foot or by trolley. Having the beach, restaurants, shopping, and even Bean Point within reach is what island vacations are all about. The house was very clean - floors were sand-free and felt squeaky clean. This unit is at the rear of the house and behind unit A, but we didn’t hear the neighbors through the walls. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and prior to that we could hear golf carts stopping at the stop sign near the house. The laundry room is outside at the back of the house. When we had a small problem with the hot water, maintenance came quickly and fixed it. It was convenient to have a beach wagon and several chairs to use. There was a small, plastic cooler in the kitchen. Prior to our arrival I asked if there was a cooler and was told there was not unless another guest left one. I also inquired about an umbrella and was told there was not one, but on the last day, we did see one in the outdoor utility closet which the other guests must have been using for the week or left. The house is walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Beach access is a short walk across the main road.

Successful girls trip. Everything was clean, check in was so smooth, and we even got lucky enough to get in a little bit early. The communication with the host was great, and they always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Location is convenient, it's just a short walk to the beach, and to the shops on Pine Ave. There's food places in walking distance as well. We were provided everything we needed for the perfect beach day such as an umbrella, a cooler, beach towels, chairs, and a wagon. We loved the screened-in porch in the mornings and evenings. There's also smart tvs and quick wifi to enjoy when winding down at the end of the day. We had a great time at A Place in Paradise Unit B.

great location , clean and comfy. Only note was second bathroom shower did not have any little shelf for soaps shampoos etc. A minor thing, all else was perfect. Would stay again

INSIDE: This place was just right for us. Simple, clean, comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it has enough beds for a family with 1-2 kids or a dog. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking implements. Coffee maker, filters, toaster, and extra towels for the beach. There are two outside doors, one with a cart and chair for the beach, another with a laundry room. We had an outdoor shower to wash the sand off, and a screened porch which helps for drying beach accessories. We appreciated the keyless entry.OUTSIDE: It is just two blocks from the Anna Maria beach. It is also two blocks from an *incredibly* good sushi restaurant ("Sushi Ramen Anna Maria"). The area is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small neighborhood bar on the corner, and we couldn't hear any noise from it at all. I grew up visiting this beach since infancy, and I brought my husband so he could see how beautiful it is. We were very happy with this stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The house was nice inside. Seemed recently remodeled. Kitchen had everything that was needed for the little cooking we did. The little porch in back was great for eating or relaxing. Location was great. Walk to the beach was 2 blocks. Walk to Pine Ave was 4 blocks for restaurants, shopping and renting bikes. We went several days without using the car because what we needed was so close. We’ll be back next year.

We had a nice vacation in Florida, the house was just the right size for my husband and I and my sister. It was a very short walk to the beach which we really enjoyed since we are all in our 60s. We hope to visit again soon.

Everything was perfect for our vacation after a very long volleyball season. The beach was just a few minute walk from the house. The kids were able to walk to get henna tattoos, hair braids, and a restaurant at the end of our street.. Our family will definitely visit again.

Great place to stay. Anna Maria Island has fantastic beaches and this place was a sub five minute walk to the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and many other activities throughout the island. Plenty of room inside and the amenities were great. No complaints here.

Great location, easily walkable to the main street with restaurants and shops, 2 blocks from the beach! Quiet and super clean, very nice space for us. Nothing fancy but it was exactly what we needed. Wish the cleaning fee was not so expensive, but otherwise this is a great place to stay for the weekend

We totally enjoyed our condo! Very convenient to walk to the beach and to all the fun spots of Anna Maria Island. The condo is very clean and well maintained! Any questions were answered within minutes. Three TVs and excellent WiFi were really appreciated! Tiny kitchen table made us eat in the good sized, comfy living room. We loved the patio! Condo is in residential area of beautiful homes! We are hoping to return soon!
