A Lil' Nauti

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable but be aware that the room does not get completely dark at night as the neighbors back porch light shines through the frosted glass door in the bedroom. One thing to note is the proximity to a nearby dog park; there was some early morning barking that might wake up light sleepers, but otherwise a great stay.

We were thrilled to stay at A Lil' Naute on Anna Maria Island for our 30 year Anniversary! This place is beautiful! We loved the soft, welcoming, teal colors and all the cute beachy decorations. It was just the two of us (and our dog), but I can see how it would be perfect for additional guests, with the pull-out sofa and bunk beds for a couple kids. The king size bed was very comfortable and the custom made storage area with drawers, shelves and cupboards was very spacious. The full size washer/dryer was a plus. The entire property is newly renovated, crisp and clean. It is in a quiet location, only a short walk or drive to the beach. It is in a great location, with everything from a small pizza place to various restaurants near by. We rented a golf cart which made everything even more convenient. We were extremely comfortable there. They had everything we could need, including bikes and paddle boards! Additionally, there is a large park behind the property, with tennis/pickleball/basketball courts and more, along with a small and very large dog park! Our 2yr. old golden retriever absolutely loved playing fetch there every day and most of the time, we had it to ourselves. We did have an unexpected plumbing issue and the owners (and management company) were amazing and really took care of us! This place is perfect for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back! If I could, I would give it a higher rating than 5!!!

From the Lil Nauti, the owners, their help and info on the island, recommendations. Everything has been perfect. My family and I could not have asked for a better place to stay with amazing owners. So many amenities included in the air bnb- everything you would need for the beach. The beach was amazing, so much great food, we just cannot say enough about this trip. Thank you, Diana, for a wonderful experience and allowing us to stay in your home. üíô we will be back!

This is such A beautiful place to stay. It offers you access to everything you’re right in the middle of Anna Maria next to restaurants and most of all right across the street from the boat ramp. I highly recommend this place. This is definitely a 5 Star Pl. to stay.

The owner of lil Nauti left nothing out when it was remodeled! It is safe and quiet. People nearby live here. There are public tennis and basketball courts where you can watch or play! Always taking great care of the places I stay, this is one place I will do everything possible to leave it as perfect as I found it.

Had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo rental on Anna Maria Island! Loved the cozy vibe and the updated features, especially in the kitchen and comfy living room with the sleeper sofa. The front patio was perfect for morning coffee. The location was fantastic - just a little walk to the beach. Enjoyed using the paddleboards provided. The king bed in the bedroom was super comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Brought our dog, and he loved it here, too. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

They went above and beyond for us when we realized we got to AMI a day before our reservation. They made sure we were taking care of and placed us in a beautiful place to stay for the night. It turned out to be an amazing place!!! A Lil Nauti was just what we were looking for, impeccable cutest place to stay! They had bikes for us to use and Diane the owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was lovely. Thank you! We can't wait to come back again.

A very warm and charming rental unit. The unit was recently painted and furnished nicely with a beach theme. The unit was exceptionally clean and neat. The kitchen was well supplied with cook ware etc. and the bed was very comfortable. Access to the beach, shops and restaurants is accessible by foot or car. The weekly rate is very reasonable and I would highly recommend this rental for your vacation stay. I will definitely be returning next year.

This condo is beautiful!! Everything is updated, super clean, and comfortable. You feel right at home in coastal paradise as you walk through the front door. The location is central and convenient to everything on the island. We look forward to booking next time we are in town.
