Crafted with details in mind, this elegant three-level beach retreat has smart electronic technologies implemented throughout the home. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with high-top seating, and cooking essentials to prepare delicious meals. Gather guests at the bright dining room table for a glass of wine or a game night. Up the stairs is the living room with a unique stone accent wall, a plush sectional, and large flat-screen TV. Guests can grab their favorite drink and snack and enjoy the island breeze on the balcony overlooking the pool.
The airy, blue-hued primary bedroom features a King bed, a private deck, and a walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a vanity that has been beautifully updated and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed, providing a peaceful place for guests to rest. It also has convenient hallway access to the second bathroom, which includes a shower and tub combination. The spiral staircase leads to the cozy loft, which is appointed with a twin bed and is ideal for the guest that enjoys a little more privacy. A washer and dryer are available on the first living floor.

The famous Bridge St is about a 10-minute trolley ride away and is the perfect place to gather souvenirs and unique pieces to add to your wardrobe, have fabulous fresh meals at locally owned restaurants, and see historic landmarks. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by Anna Maria Island Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
Please note: 2 cars maximum can park at this home, 1 in driveway and 1 in street. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
