Everything was Great at Tivoli by the Sea

This was our second stay at Tivoli and our first in Unit 407 Excellent experience We appreciated the upgrades in the bathrooms and drapes in the master bedroom to keep the heat down We had breakfast and lunch on the deck enjoying the beautiful view of the gulf The service cleanliness and upkeep were superb

Great Unit at Tivoli By the Sea

This was our second visit to Tivoli By the Sea and first time staying in unit 407 The property as a whole is in a perfect location Close enough to walk to the Village and private beach access is so unique and convenient The property is immaculately maintained and the office staff is very responsive and helpful The beach chairs provided are great and the huge heated pool is sparkling clean The covered parking is a great feature Unit 407 has the best Gulf view ever The balcony is amazing It has plenty of room and a very beachy themed decor The bathrooms have been tastefully upreview_dated and the kitchen has everything you need The only drawback of this unit is that it has carpet which might not be the best for a beach rental However given all the other great features of this unit we canrsquot wait to stay here again soon

There are several reasons why we have been coming back to Tivoli year after year Let me start by saying that we have looked at other larger properties on Siesta just to see if we are missing out on something better and have never found one that excites us enough to switch Here are the reasons why Tivoli by the Sea is a hidden gemPrivate beach access on a secluded part of Siesta Beach far away from the crowdsComplex common areas pool are all clean and well maintainedClose to the villageThe largest balconys in any complex we have visited Who wants to gather on a postage sized balcony when theres such a beautiful view to seeAll master bedrooms have full access to the patio which means the sliding patio doors provide floor to ceiling views to the outdoorsEvery unit faces the beach some have better views than othersUnit 407 in particular has one of the best views Unit was comfortable and brightOne downside the unit is somewhat worn in terms of walls paint kitchenFurniture was beautiful higher end appliances washer dryer

We loved staying here It is close enough to the village to walk or bike and the private beach access is optimal especially during busy times of the year Tivoli is also very well run clean and the staff is friendly

This is an amazing condo with a beautiful view We had a wonderful thanksgiving dinner on the balcony overlooking the ocean Great family pictures on the soft white sang beach Good restaurants Pleasant friendly guest renting other condos allowing for nice conversations at the pool I would highly recommend
