Welcome to The Fish House, a modern canal front paradise with a private dock where you can drop your own (or rent locally) kayaks and paddleboards and set out to explore! This three-bedroom and three-bath home is a leisurely stroll to the Gulf of Mexico beaches or a quick trolley ride to Anna Maria Island’s best restaurants and shops. As you walk into the home, you will love the big windows that show off the tropical backyard and bring in natural sunlight. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. There are two side chairs and a large sectional that can easily fit every guest, and behind the couch is the chic dining room table. In the kitchen is a full suite of high-end appliances, essential cookware and utensils, and a large kitchen island.

The bedrooms are set up in a ranch-type split floor plan, and each room features high-end linens, comforters, and mattresses. The primary bedroom has French doors leading to the pool, custom cabinets for storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. Off the kitchen is the second bedroom with beautiful built-ins and an ensuite bathroom with a vibrant vanity and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect if you’re traveling with a family with multiple kids or is a fun slumber party room with two built-in bunk beds and a queen bed! The hallway bathroom has a shower and tub combination and a door with outdoor access.

The Fish House has the ultimate backyard with a pool, an in-ground spa, and a grass area for friends and family to play backyard games. For the easygoing guests, there are lounge chairs that sit by the pool, a plush outdoor seating area, and a bistro table where you can enjoy yummy meals prepared on the provided grill.

City Park/Palmetto Ave beach is just a short walk away, where you can enjoy the warm waters, powdery white sands, and unforgettable sunsets. Additionally, down the street is a free AMI trolley stop that will take you and your guests around the entire 7-mile island, including the unique restaurants and island boutiques along Pine Ave or to the other end to Bridge Street, where you can fish with the locals and find local treasures to take home. *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
