Welcome to Sweet Caroline, a newly constructed four-bedroom and four-and-a-half bathroom home just one small block from the quartz-sanded Gulf of Mexico Beaches. This modern beach house is outfitted with every luxury amenity you can think of, from a rooftop deck that boasts sensational views, an elevator to take you from each floor to an impressive backyard with a private pool, in-ground spa, a putting green, and a fabulous, covered patio. This home is part of our Exclusive AMI Collection of homes. These luxury properties provide the ultimate vacation experience for guests and include exclusive amenities such as a golf cart, four beach bikes, upgraded bed and bath linens, and a fabulous welcome packet.
Perfect for friends and family to sprawl out and relax, the spacious great room features a seating area with a smart television where you can stream your favorite TV shows and has sliding glass doors on each side that lead to the balcony with a stylish table seating four that overlooks the pool area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with upgraded appliances, a kitchen island with high-back chairs perfect for morning coffee talks, and a family-sized dining table to gather around at mealtime.
Rest and rejuvenate in any of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms designed to provide pure comfort with premium mattresses and chic decor after a full day of play on the island. No detail is missing in the design of the primary bedroom with a Canopy bedframe, a flat panel TV, an ensuite bathroom with two vanities, and a unique enclosed shower with a standalone tub! This room also has a private balcony with cush seating and a ceiling fan to keep cool during nightly chats. The two guest King bedrooms have space to lay out beach bags, private balconies, and ensuite bathrooms with incredible tiled walk-in showers. The fourth bedroom will surely be a hit with the younger guests with a custom bunk bed where the kiddos can slide out of bed! This room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

A great stay at an awesome house

Had an amazing stay at Sweet Caroline. The home was gorgeous and thoughtfully appointed, inside and out. The backyard was amazing with a beautiful pool, spa, kitchen, and lush landscaping with putting green. The ping pong table was a hit! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset on the huge rooftop deck. The home was close to everything and just steps away from the beach. Everything about it was great. We had a great stay at an awesome house. We enjoyed every bit of it!! Can’t wait to come back!

Had the best time in Anna Maria Island. The house was beautiful and in the best location. Quick walk to the beach, the local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Amazing home This rental was absolutely beautiful. Tastefully decorated and comfortably designed, it seems like the owner really thought through what his guests would enjoy while staying here. We all appreciated how sparkling clean this house was when we checked in, and we are crazy particular about that kind of thing! The views are incredible from the rooftop.
