Please come and enjoy our beautiful, quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom, GROUND FLOOR condo in Midnight Cove II!! As a complex, Midnight Cove II is one of the best on the island and boasts private deeded beach access within walking distance. From the moment you cross onto the island, you will love the convenient location. Our property offers a heated swimming pool with large pool deck, two tennis courts (one with pickle ball lines), basketball court, clubhouse, BBQ grilling area, outdoor social meeting area and cornhole set. Also enjoy our observatory deck at the end of the property on the intercoastal waterway.
Our ground floor unit includes a fully stocked, updated kitchen and one full bath and one-half bath. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms include mirrored closet doors providing a roomy feel and a remote-control ceiling fan. We have internet wifi as well as flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and another larger in the living space. This unit boasts full size laundry facilities in the unit and south facing views of the beautiful MCII grounds and the intercoastal waterways. A full wall of south facing glass sliders allows for ample sunlight. Our unit is wheelchair friendly as there are no steps into our unit or from our unit to the pool.
Most importantly…We have private gated access to Crescent Beach!! Siesta Key is home to Crescent Beach, a world acclaimed beach which it is just steps away. The beach is made famous by its sugar fine white quartz sand that must be walked on to appreciate its unusual qualities. No matter how hot the temperature, Crescent Beach sand remains cool to your feet. It is so soft that that it has been compared to baby powder. It is truly a beach walker's paradise. Access to beautiful Crescent and Siesta Key Beach is directly across the road from our complex. There is a traffic control device to stop vehicles so even in heavy traffic periods, so crossing is safe and easy. The beach is steps from our front door through a private walkway with gated access. On Sunday evenings do not miss the Drum Circle at the Public Beach where musicians perform a whimsical goodbye to the sun as it sets for the day.
We hope we have included anything you may need for your stay. No need to bring any extra! Our unit is fully furnished including all linens, towels, kitchenware, beach-towels, Etc. Please also enjoy our Florida toys such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, foldable beach wagon, cooler, tennis and pickle ball rackets, and BBQ equipment. The best part about our unit is: once you park your vehicle, you will not have to drive again! We have one covered car-port and plenty of guest parking but several shops and restaurants (Captain Curts, Spearfish Grill, Daquiri Deck,Sniki Tiki, Cresent Club) are within walking distance. Ride the Siesta Key Trolley Breeze to/from the village…It’s FREE and picks up in front of Midnight Cove! Take comfort in knowing you won’t have to find parking in the village! Also walk to nearby bike and kayak rental.
We are located just minutes from beautiful downtown Sarasota as well as driving distance to such attractions as Walt Disney World, Universal, and Busch Gardens.
