This unit was COMPLETELY remodeled!! This coastal driftwood decor features all new furnishings. 1 1/2 baths, and in unit washer/dryer, porcelain plank tile flooring and granite countertops throughout. A 55" flat screen tv with blue ray, and queen size memory foam sofa sleeper are in living room. Another flat screen, king size bed, and security safe are in the bedroom. We also have Netflix available for the enjoyment of our guests. The paver patio has all new furniture and beach toys. Pack and play provided upon advanced request notice. And of course, you are at the #1 beach in the world! This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

JR 20 has quickly become the gold standard for our vacation spot The Upreview_dated kitchen bathroom etc are so beautiful and cozy we absolutely love the walk along the garden path to the beach My family has been coming to Jamaica Royale for more than 50 years One of my favorite photographs is me in my ldquoCaptainrsquos Hatrdquo standing outside condo number 22 with my sister from 1965hellip My goal is to have my sister and I standing sidebyside again in 2022 in front of Unit 22

Unit 20 was Beautiful

We stayed here for a week in May in Unit 20 It was a very Beautiful and Clean Unit that was remodeled recently The owners clearly take pride in their unit This unit has an extra half bath and a washer and dryer which were so convenient It was decorated beautifully and the furniture was in great shape The kitchen had everything we needed During our stay this unit also had plenty of beach toys beach chairs an umbrella a beach cooler etc The owner even dropped off a Pack and Play for us as well We were extremely happy with our stay and would stay in this unit again The Jamaica Royale complex is a modest property and the amenities are simple Which is typical of other condos along Crescent Beach The complex is very quiet The 3 pools were also quiet Parking was covered and convenient The complex has 2 shared barbecues one at each end of the complex so they were a long walk from our unit but they were clean and functioned well We did not need the shared laundry but they are available if needed The complex has a handful of lounge chairs that you can pull out to the beach if you want Just be aware they only provide one roll of Toilet Paper and Paper Towels and No Beach Towels either But it did come with pretty much everything else we needed
