Welcome to Blue Oasis West, a newly remodeled ground-level duplex just a five-minute walk from Anna Maria Island’s stunning beach, where relaxation and warm white sands await. This three-bedroom, three-bath vacation home features an outstanding backyard with a saltwater pool, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor seating with a BBQ grill. This duplex is one of two separate homes with the option of renting the neighboring unit Blue Oasis East- open the back yards to each other with a barn door-style fence system, perfect for large group rental!
Enter your coastal-themed sanctuary where large sliding doors beckon toward the inviting pool area. The fully equipped kitchen, boasting a stunning backsplash and stainless steel appliances, inspires culinary adventures. Gather around the island counter for casual bites or enjoy a formal meal indoors or al fresco on the patio, embracing the island breeze.
The primary bedroom is light and airy, with storage space for your vacation attire, doors to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers guests a great place to relax with a tv for late-night entertainment, an ensuite bathroom with cabinet space, and a gorgeous walk-in shower with built-in shelving. Young guests will delight in the fun décor and tv in the third bedroom. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Bask in the sun in one of the lounge chairs surrounding the pool and grill some fresh island seafood or head into town by trolley to the local restaurants. Then, head to the white sand beaches for some exciting snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking adventures! Head to the AMI City Pier and visit the Anna Maria Island Historical Society for land adventures.

3 cars maximum can park at each unit. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

The home is adorable! We love it! It is just as pictured. The home was extremely clean upon arrival. It is decorated so nicely. Everything is new and it’s been an absolute pleasure cooking in the lovely kitchen. The backyard is a dream with beautiful greenery surrounding us. We love the little extras like the lights around the fence and the lights in the pool. We enjoy all of our meals outside in such peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We truly feel like home and don’t want to leave! AMI Locals has made the entire reservation process easy and they have checked-in on us during our stay to ensure everything is ok. This is our second time booking with AMI Locals and we plan on booking with them again.

Absolutely Perfect

My sister and her husband stayed with us in this wonderful house. The pictures are accurate. Not easy sometimes to find a place with two King Sized beds, but this house had that and more. Very close to the beach just a short walk after crossing the street. AMI Locals was so easy to work with and kept in communication the whole time we were there. The pool and hot tub area is perfect. Please consider renting this property! We will again!!!
