PRIME VACATIONS was founded in 2017 by local Anna Maria Island residents. An original staff of just five managed a handful of beach houses and personally assisted all guests with every aspect of their stay and all homeowners with every facet of their homes. Today, we are a passionate team of 450+ continuing to provide premium personalized service. We offer our property owners in coastal Florida comprehensive services for managing their homes and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our eight boutique hotels, two restaurants, two marinas, and 1400+ rental properties.
